Marcia Rose Kallen

Marcia Rose Kallen, age 73, of Beavercreek, formerly of Fredericksburg, Virginia, passed away September 7, 2025. Marcia was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 28, 1952 to the late Seymour and Cecelia Green.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Sidney Kallen.

She is survived by daughters, Stephanie (Cameron) Carozza and Melanie Kallen; brother, Steven Green; as well as her granddaughters, Taylor and Alexandra Carozza.

Marcia graduated from Harcum Junior College in Pennsylvania.

Marcia was a former member of Be Hope Church in Beavercreek. She volunteered at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, Virginia for many years.

She was a homemaker for most of her life. Marcia had various jobs over the years but her favorite was being a mother and a grandmother.

In her free time, she enjoyed dancing, listening to her favorite artist, Prince, going to Backstreet Boys concerts with her daughter, attending church and spending time with friends and family.

Marcia was a compassionate person who put others needs before her own. She was helpful, kind hearted and down to Earth. Marcia always made sure her daughters were well taken care of.

Marcia's faith was very important to her. She walked with God and He was a big part of her life.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marcia's to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
