Lynne E. McCormick

Lynne E. McCormick, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, passed away on December 12, 2024, in Miamisburg, Ohio. Born on March 29, 1947, in Dayton, Ohio, she lived a full life.

Lynne enjoyed a successful career, retiring from Baxter Pharmaceutical after 22 years of service where she excelled as a Data Testing Coordinator. Her professionalism and attention to detail were hallmarks of her work ethic. Additionally, she found joy in selling Mary Kay Cosmetics for many years, where she connected with others.

An accomplished individual, Lynne earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, reflecting her commitment to education and personal growth. She was known for her hardworking nature, always striving to give her best in every endeavor she undertook.

Lynne is survived by her loving daughter, Diane (Jay) Gilmore, and her son, Daryl (Stephanie) McCormick. She was a grandmother to Brittany (Colton) Fannin, Thomas “T.J.” Gallant, and Bradyn McCormick, as well as being a great grandmother to Kinsely Fannin and Jameson Fannin. Lynne is also survived by her siblings, Mark (Julie) Bilinski, Timothy (Christie) Bilinski, Debbie Hoehn, and Nancy (John) Manier, along with numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends who will remember her affectionately.

Lynne was preceded in death by her father, Carl Green; her mother, Betty Schenck; and her brother, Craig Green. Their memory will surely be honored by all who knew Lynne.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 6:00 PM, at Newcomer Funeral Home, at 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio.

As friends and family gather to celebrate Lynne's life, they will undoubtedly reflect on the love, strength, and light she brought to those around her. Her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her.
