Lydia J Evans

Lydia J. Evans, 53, of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 21, 2018. She was born in Dayton to parents, Jimmy Wyrick and Edith Jackson. Lydia loved animals. She took great pride in her family. Lydia loved to spend her free time with family and friends and visiting the lake with them. She was a kind, caring, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend. Lydia will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Lydia was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Wyrick and brother, Jimmy Wyrick, Jr.

Lydia leaves to cherish her memory, husband of 28 years, Jerry Evans; children, Robbie (Amber) Wyrick, Brittany Evans, and Jeri Evans; mother, Edith Jackson; brother, Eddie (Beverly) Wyrick; sister, Jowana Wyrick; grandchildren, Faith, Colton, Mason, Zayden, Kody Jr., and Kasen; and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Lydia's Life will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Newcomer - North Chapel at 7pm. Family will greet friends and loved ones for two hours prior (5pm - 7pm).
