Lucille Weller, known to family and friends as "Sue", passed away on January 6, 2018 in Hospice of Dayton from complications of Parkinson's Disease.
Sue was born on September 18, 1942 to Kenneth and Lucille Stookey in Springfield, OH. She met the love of her life at a high school dance and spent the next 56 years as a loving wife to Richard Weller. Her joy in life was being an adorning and devoted mother to her only child, William "Bill" Weller. Sue loved working in retail management for Jean Nicole and Casual Corner for over 20 years.
She leaves to cherish her, her husband Richard; her son William (Sarah) Weller; her grandchildren Tyler, Madelynn and Violet Weller; a great grandchild, Elliot Weller; her best friend, Diane Stroop; and a sister in law, Janice Weller. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Kenneth and Michael (Terry) Stookey.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 17 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432.
