Louise Billingsley passed away peacefully on April 28, 2025. She was born in Pikeville, Tennessee and moved to Ohio over 70 years ago. She is survived by her daughters Linda (Pete) Cheadle, Rebecca (Donnie) Sottoway, 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
