Loretta J. Chorazewitz (nee Whitmore)

Loretta J. Chorazewitz (nee Whitmore) passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 87.

Loretta was born on April 21, 1939, in Hamilton, Ohio. She graduated from Hamilton High School and later worked briefly at NCR. She will be remembered with love by those who knew her and shared in her life.

Loretta is preceded in death by her husband, Chester "Corky" Chorazewitz, her parents, Harry and Pina Flick, and by her siblings, Ken Whitmore, Bob Whitmore, Janet Bennett, and Terry Whitmore. She leaves behind her children, Kathy Schipper, Bob Schwing, Kim Schwing-Weinert, and Tom Chorazewitz; 9 grandchildren; her great-grandchildren; close friend, Cleo, as well as nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Loretta’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. May they find comfort in the love they shared with her and in the lasting place she holds in their lives.

A visitation will be held from 9:00am to 10:00am with a service starting at 10:00am on Friday, October 2, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Following the service, she will be laid to rest with Chester at Calvary Cemetery.
