A man of endless curiosity, Lonnie was always thinking and found joy in tinkering—whether it was fixing something around the house or considering new ideas on how to improve upon existing things. He enjoyed traveling and camping with his beloved wife and family as often as he could.

Lonnie was a pillar of strength and joy for his family. He was always there to support his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, offering wisdom, encouragement, and an unwavering presence that made every moment brighter. In retirement, he embraced each day with gratitude and laughter, finding happiness in the simple pleasures of life and the company of those he cherished most.

Above all, Lonnie will be remembered for his gentle spirit and kind heart. His devotion to his family was unwavering, expressed not only in the big milestones but in the everyday moments of care, patience, and love. He carried himself with quiet strength and compassion, creating a home filled with warmth and belonging. To those who knew him, he was a steady presence—a man whose kindness left an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to be part of his life. He will be profoundly missed, but his memory will continue to inspire and bring warmth to all who knew him. Lonnie was a man who showed us all what it means to be truly content and deeply loved.
