Lois Marie Baker, age 85, of Kettering, went home to be with the Lord
Thursday, October 25, 2012.
She was born on March 29, 1927 in Dayton to the late John & Laura Futcher.
Lois is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Charles E. Baker, children, Scott (Pam) Baker, Penelope "Penny" (David) Baker Jester, and Matthew (Lisa) Baker; grandchildren, Christopher (Carol) Baker, Eric (Sarah) Baker, Benjamin Jester, Aaron Jester and Rachel Burton; great-grandchildren, Haylee, CJ, Oliver and Marlie and many wonderful friends.
A memorial service will be held at Southern Hills United Methodist Church (2287 S. Dixie Dr., Dayton, Ohio 45409) on Saturday November 3rd at 4:00 pm, followed by a celebration in the church social room.
Donations may be made in Lois's name to The Hospice of Dayton, The Southern Hills United Methodist Church, or SICSA (Society for the Improvement of Conditions for Stray Animals, 2600 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, OH 45419).
