Lisa Smithers

Lisa Rene' (nee: Wilson) Smithers, 43, of Moraine, OH was born October 7th 1967 and left this world May 16th 2011. She worked at Hormel Foods and was a member, a bus captain and children's church worker at Moraine Heights Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memory; her mother: Carol Wilson; grandparents: Ernest and Wanda Wyatt; siblings: Emma Day(Tim), Lora Marlett, Kevin Wilson(Kris), and Josh Wilson(Crystal); her nieces and nephews: Kyle Marlett, Katelyn Wilson, Kristal Marlett, Alex Wilson, Joe Wilson and Analyse Day; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Lisa was preceded in death by her father: Johney Wilson; grandmother: Hazel Day; and her beloved son John Caleb Smithers.

Visitation will be held Friday May 20th from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home (3940 Kettering Blvd).

Funeral service is at 10:30 am with burial to follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
