Linda Sue Williams

Linda Sue Williams, affectionately known as Sue, passed away on February 28, 2026, in Dayton, Ohio, leaving behind legacy of love and compassion. Born on January 27, 1957, in Celina, Ohio, Sue was a beacon of light for all who knew her.

An ardent animal lover and devoted caregiver, Sue was known for always putting others before herself. She touched the hearts of many with her nurturing spirit and generous nature. Her kindness extended beyond her family and friends.

Sue had a particular affinity for gardening, where she found solace and joy among her beloved flowers. Her garden was a reflection of her vibrant personality, displaying an array of colors and life that paralleled her own warmth and vivacity.

She is survived by her two brothers, Todd Engle (Ang) and Trent Engle (Julie), who will cherish their memories of Sue dearly. Many loving nieces and nephews, along with other relatives and friends, will also remember her legacy of love and generosity. She is also survived by her sister-in-law who cared for her, Brenda.

Reunited in eternal love with her father, Benjamin Engle (Betty), her mother, Janice Engle (Fudd), her husband, Dave Williams, and her brothers, Frank Engle, Curtis Engle, and Richard Engle, Sue's spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

As we remember Sue, may we carry forward her legacy of kindness, remind ourselves to care for one another, and cherish the beauty of life, just as she did. Her memory will forever blossom in our hearts, as vivid and colorful as the flowers she loved so dearly.
