Linda Ann Rush, a vibrant spirit cherished by all who knew her, left this world September 22, 2024, in West Milton, Ohio, at the age of 66. Born on June 25, 1958, in Warsaw, Indiana, Linda was full of joy and warmth, and known for her fun and bubbly personality.
Throughout her diverse career, Linda touched many lives. Beginning as a Property Manager, she explored various paths, working as a Meat Cutter at several grocery stores, honing her skills as a Sewer at Jim Miller Furniture, and ultimately dedicating her later years to the school cafeteria and substituting as a teacher in different classrooms. Her commitment to her work and her community showcased her nurturing spirit and dedication to those around her.
She is remembered fondly by her surviving family: sisters, Carol Mayo and Patty Jackson; dear friends and caretakers, Larry Godsey and Judy Busch; her son-in-law, Donnie Busch; and stepchildren, Wendy Busch, Nikki Manson, and Travis Rush. Linda's loving spirit will continue to thrive in the hearts of her loved ones, a constant reminder of the warmth she brought to every gathering. Linda was especially known for her love of family, particularly her grandchildren. She found immense joy in creating memories through crafts and fun activities, building bonds that would last a lifetime. She raised her beloved grandchildren, Alixandria Busch (Jeremy Goff), Kyle Busch (Alexis Miller), Bradley Daniels (Brittany) and Nora Huffman, with a loving touch, fostering an environment of laughter and creativity. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Miranda Manson, Brett Manson, Kurtis Rush and Karissa Rush; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 niece, 2 nephews, many other family members and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Estella Fitzgerald, and her brothers, Tony and Jerry. Their memories will live on in the stories shared by those she leaves behind, a testament to the love and legacy she has built over the years.
As we remember Linda Ann Rush, we celebrate a life filled with laughter, love, and an unwavering spirit. Though she may no longer be with us in person, her light will forever shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the Senior Citizen's Center, West Milton, Ohio.
