Linda L. Rauch

Linda L. Rauch, of Dayton, passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 82. Born in Dayton on December 23, 1943, Linda will be remembered as a loving mother, devoted wife, a woman of faith who found joy in friendship, family, and always supporting those around her regardless of familiarity.

She is survived by her grandson, Kyle Hunter Rauch; her brother, Dewey H. Pope Jr., his wife, Beverly; and her best friend Margie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald R. Rauch Sr.; her sons, Ronald R. Rauch Jr., and Rick R. Rauch; mother, Leona Pope, and her father, Dewey H. Pope Sr.

Linda worked for many years as an administrator for a local roofing company in Dayton. She was a longtime member of a Moose Lodge alongside her husband, and she also enjoyed many years of bowling league fun with her friends. She loved to travel with friends and made regular trips to Florida with her husband. Above all, she was a very loving mother whose care and presence meant the most to her family.

Visitation will be held on September 14, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, Ohio 45439. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, followed by a procession to Dayton Memorial Park on S. Dixie Rd.
