Linda L. Hardwick-Guthrie

Linda L. Hardwick-Guthrie, age 72, of Xenia, passed away on September 15, 2023. She was born in Warren, Ohio, on January 12, 1951, the daughter of the late Ernest and Lila Lipscomb.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her beloved husbands Joseph Guthrie and Thomas Hardwick.
Linda is survived by her loving children, Michelle (Steve) Weekley, Matt (Sue) Killinen and Kelly (Leah) Guthrie; grandchildren, Ashley Weekley, Katie Weekley, Cody Martin and Garrett Guthrie; and many other loving family and friends.
Linda retired from Super Valu, where she was a Customer Service Manager for many years. After retirement, she worked for a number of years at Legacy Nursing Home. In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, listening to music, watching her favorite TV shows and spending time with her family and friends. Linda had a very giving nature and never met a stranger. She also had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to laugh. She had a great passion for God and her faith meant the world to her.
A Celebration of her Life will be held from 5:00pm-8:00pm, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek. Burial will be held privately by the family at Valley View Memorial Gardens, Xenia, at a later date.
Linda was very giving, having donated to numerous charities throughout her life and the family asks that donations be made in her memory to the charity of your choice.
