Linda Lou Haman, a cherished soul known for her caring and compassionate outlook on life, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2024, after a courageous battle against cancer. Born on June 15, 1952, in Springfield, Ohio, Linda's warmth and kindness touched the lives of many who had the privilege to know her.
Linda is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Angela (Jimmy) High, who stood by her side through every challenge. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Brandy Webb, Jimmy High Jr., Claudia (Stephen) Burnell, and Taylor High, who always brought a smile to her face. Her heart swells with pride for her great-grandchildren, Jimmy High III, Brylee High, and Keegan Knisley, who will carry forward her spirit of love and family.
Her siblings, Roberta (Randy) Stone, Pamela Conner, and David (Chris) Sewell, along with numerous nieces and nephews, all hold dear the memories they created with Linda—a testament to the strong bonds she fostered within her family.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Norma and Verle Sewell, and her sister, Brenda Ledbetter. They welcomed her with open arms into eternal rest, where pain and suffering no longer follow.
A visitation will be held on November 29, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens located at 8200 West National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio.
As we gather to honor her life, we reflect on the many moments of joy and love she brought into this world. Linda Lou Haman will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those she loved.
