Verrett, Lily D., 83, of Centerville, went home to be with the Lord on March 19, 2017.
She was born November 13, 1933 in Weatherford, OK to the late Charles Nelson and Lily Esther (Herrmann) Folks.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, daughter, Peggy Bernard, and granddaughter, Amanda Bernard.
Survived by daughter, Cindy Verrett-Simpson, son, Michael (Tonya) Verrett, daughter, Linda (Dan) Stumpp; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her last greatest joy, her new great-great granddaughter, Millie. In addition, her brother, Charles Folks and sister, DeNola Perreten.
Lily loved driving the school bus for Centerville Schools for many years until her retirement years spent at Cumberland Lake. She will be missed by all.
A private memorial service will be scheduled at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the Diabetes Foundation.
