Lillian was taken to Heaven unexpectedly on September 5, 2011.
She was a truly devoted religious woman. She spent much of her life taking care of her fmaily and ministering to those who needed her. She was loved by all and will be remembered as always having a smile.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd, parents, Charles and Vinnie Bates, and sisters, Mary, Jane, Margaret and Ruth.
She is deeply missed by her survivors, daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Jerry Phelps, granddaughter and grand son-in-law, Lisa and Doug Sanford, great granddaughter, Kira, numerous nieces, nephews, and good friends.
