Leo Robinson

October 30, 1931 — February 1, 2016

Leo Robinson, age 84, went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2016 in Dayton, Ohio. He was born to the late Curtis Robinson and Rosa Mae Brooks on October 30, 1931 in Bascom, Florida. Leo was a Vietnam Veteran who retired from the United States Air Force as an E-6 Tech. Sergeant. He later retired from Weiler Welding after many years of service. Leo enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Ruth Robinson; five children Ronald (Susie) Robinson, Gary (Lynn) Robinson, Chuck (Kim) Robinson, Phyllis (Bobby) Terrell, Vicky (Virgil) Butler; 11 grandchildren Lauren (Justin), Kyle (Brittany), Dawn, Zachary, Erin (Josh), Kaitlin, Leah, Jessica (Jeff), Dylan, Madison, Tyler; 11 great grandchildren and sister Nellie Mae. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Buck and CH. A visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 5pm-7pm with a funeral service to follow on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the funeral home at 12:00pm. Burial will take place at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle, Ohio.
