Laurie Montez

Laurie Montez of Dayton, Ohio passed away on March 11, 2024 after a long battle with ongoing health issues. She is proceed in death by her father Ben Montez Jr. and daughter Ashley Evans.

Laurie is survived by her mother Jaunita (Jerry) Perez, sisters Vickie Montez, Rachel (Nick) O'Dell, brother Ben Montez III, son Donnie Kelly Evans Jr., daughter Rachel (Justin) Roth, nieces Victoria, Casey, Alex, Olivia, Jenny, nephews Ben and Joe, grandchildren Curtis, Talon, Corinna, Noah, and her loving boyfriend Paul.

Laurie was loved by many and lived a life full of dear friends and family. She will always be remembered as a shoulder to lean on and a hand to hold. For Laurie, there was no greater joy than being called NaeNae.

Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd) at 11:00 am with funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm.
