Laura Jean Sandrus

Laura Jean Sandrus, age 74, of Medway, passed away at home on February 1, 2024. Laura was born in Fort Worth, Texas on July 26, 1949 to the late Joe and Virginia Pietrzyk.
Laura was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 54 years, Robert E. Sandrus Jr.; mother-in-law and father-in-law; and her dogs, Lady, Joanna, Becky, Lola and Moose.
She is survived by daughter, Melissa (Jonathan) Sousa; son, Timothy (Christina) Sandrus Sr.; grandchildren, Amanda Martin, Ashley Martin, Abigail Martin, Austin Martin, Josephine Sandrus, Timothy Sandrus Jr., Alexander Sandrus, Caitriona Sandrus; great-grandson, Carter Watson; siblings, Michael Pietrzyk, Linda Rundel, Lorraine Schwendener, Lanette Belling and Lucy McManus; and sisters-in-law, Judy Mack and Pam Meiser.
In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading, listening to the talk radio. Laura loved animals. She was an Air Force wife for more than 20 years. Laura was the eldest child of six. She is finally at peace.
