Larry K. White

Larry Keith White, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on November 4, 2026 surrounded by his family. He was born on December 21, 1954 in Dayton.

Larry graduated from Trotwood Madison High School as a member of the Class of 1972. He went on to spend many years working in concrete pool construction and later retired from Buckeye Pools. His working life reflected the same qualities that marked him personally: he was smart, straightforward, and tough.

Outside of work, Larry found enjoyment in the things that interested him most. He was a big history buff who enjoyed building models and watching sports, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes. Those who knew him will remember a man with strong opinions, a sharp mind, and a direct way about him that was unmistakably his own.

Larry is survived by his wife, Jane, and by his son, Alfred. He is also survived by his siblings: John White, Judy Tindall, Barbara (Bob) Anders, and Ed White; along with many other family and friends. He remained an important part of a large family circle, and his presence will be deeply missed by those who shared in his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John E. and Lura “Edith” White; his brother, Robert E. White, and his sister, Patty A. Heitzman.

Larry’s memory will be carried forward by his family and all who knew him, with gratitude for his life, his strength, and the many years they were blessed to share with him.
