Kylen Lamar Goodwin

Kylen Lamar Goodwin, our sweet angel passed into God's warm embrace on September 29, 2018. Kylen was loved and nurtured by his mother, Ry'Han Smith and father, William Goodwin, Jr. Although Kylen did not spend much time on this Earth, he was greatly loved and cherished. He will be missed by all his family.

Kylen was preceded in death by his uncle, DaShawn Smith, Jr; his infant sibling; great-grandmothers, Brenda F. Wilborn and Melva Lynn Hamilton-Owings; and great-grandfather, Charlie Goodwin.

Kylen's memory will be cherished by his loving parents, Ry'Han Smith and William T. Goodwin, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Legenda Wilborn-Smith and DaShawn Smith, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Malikah Ann Owings and William T. Goodwin, Sr.; great-great-grndmother, Tula M. Knight; aunts, Lamarea Smith and Johnika Trigg; uncles, Per'Ris Smith, Tavon Goodwin, and DeAngelo Camp, Jr.; great-grandparents, Sandra Smith-Rowe, Melvin Owings, Jr., and Barbara Jean Goodwin. Kylen is also survived by many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

A Celebration of Life for Kylen will be held on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Bethesda Temple (3701 Salem Avenue, Dayton) at 12pm. Visitation will be held for one hour prior (11am-12pm). Burial to follow at West Memory Gardens Cemetery.
