Kristin Anne Lewis

Kristin Anne Lewis passed away August 13th at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She was born December 1, 1965 in a U.S. Army hospital in Okinawa, Japan.

Kristin was the beloved daughter of John and Nicole Lewis of Jonesborough, Tennessee. A graduate of Ohio University, she taught school in Georgia and Ohio for over 30 years.

She is survived by her parents; sister, Lisa and brother-in-law, Todd Fenley; sister, Jean and brother-in-law, Kevin O’Connor; brother, John and sister-in-law, Jennifer Lewis; five nieces and nephews, Brian and Nicole Fenley, Mary and Patrick O’Connor, and Ava Lewis.

She will be missed forever.
