Kristie Lynn (Becker) Ligon, of Centerville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 24, 2018, she was surrounded by family & friends. Kristie was born on December 27, 1964 in Sandusky, OH to Rhene & Betty Becker.
She is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Jerry Ligon; daughters, Jessica Lynn and Hannah Joe Ligon; parents, Rhene & Betty Becker; sister, Tracy Silvert; great-aunts, Dorothy Bischoff and Hazel Wilson; father & mother-in-law, Jerry SR. & Doris Ligon; sister-in-law, Faith (Al) Davenport; special friends, Angela & Ronnie Wallace, Neil Silvert, Nancy & Jonathan Jackson and Pastor Bruce & Co-Pastor Mashonda Moxley of Dominion Ministries International; nephews, Ryan & Colby Silvert and AJ Davenport; nieces, Maija & Allyn Davenport; and numerous cousins and friends-including the Hyde Park Crew.
Special thanks to the Ya Ya Sisters: Kathy Mahan, Kristie Schultz, Angie Wallace, Patti Hecht, Jeanette Woodworth, and Lori Fussnecker, staff at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, and Dr. Mark Romer & staff.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 4-5pm at Newcomer South Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439. The service will follow at 5pm.
