Kisil Anthony Bullock was born in Trenton, New Jersey on February 26, 1962 and passed away on January 10, 2026 in Dayton, Ohio.

Kisil spent his formative years traveling internationally as a military child along with his mother, Shirley McCoy and Stepfather William H Mccoy and brother, John Bullock. Most of the years were spent in Germany. However, during summer vacations Kisil enjoyed spending time with his Aunt Adelaide Williams and cousins in Bordentown, New Jersey.

Kisil attended Sembach Junior high school ( Sembach Air Force Base) and during Kisil's teenage years, the family settled in Centerville, Ohio, where he attended Stebbins High School located in Riverside, Ohio and he excelled in sports, basketball and football and received numerous accolades.

Kisil enlisted in the United States army from 1980-1984 and received an honorary discharged and after the Military Kisil returned to Bordentown, New Jersey.

Kisil was employed by the Arc of Burlington County as a recreational assistant and later employed by Philadelphia nursing home as a recreational assistant and a Chaplain's assistant.

Kisil was a devoted father who loved his three sons, Anthony, Keano, and Adonis and often referred to them as his three Kings.

Kisil was preceded in death by his Aunt Adelaide Williams and Aunt Mary Ellis.

Kisil is survived by his Mother, Shirley McCoy, of Centerville Ohio, Stepfather, William McCoy of Moraine Ohio, Brother, John Bullock of Centerville, Ohio and his children, Anthony Webster, (Shaynel) of the Bronx, New York, Keano Kisil Johnson of Clementon, New Jersey, Adonis Johnson of Camden, New Jersey. Grandchildren, Anthony Webster Jr., and Ariyah Webster and his Aunt Tracey Davis, special cousins, Sherri Denise Wilkerson, Keith Wilkerson, Richard Taylor, Karen Taylor Scott,(Alvin) and Betty Taylor, Sharon Eilis, Special friends, Cindy P Johnson, Joseph Melton and a host of beloved cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
