Kimberly Ann Newman

Kimberly A. Newman passed away on August 2, 2025.

Born on June 13, 1960, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the second daughter of the late Jerome and Mary (Baker) Newman.

Kimberly made friends easier than most, and despite the physical hardships she endured, she was a fun-loving, kind, and empathetic person. She loved being creative and making the most of everything-between the road trip games made up on the spot, playing ‘shoot the moon’, or collecting and watching DVDs, she made life fun. Her sense of humor, generosity, and kindness will echo for generations.

Kimberly will be missed by many, but none as much as her two daughters, Leighann Jones (Jonathan Patterson), and Mary Beth Dyke (Thai Do), her sister, Theresa Campbell, nephews Paul Campbell and Nathan (Erin) Campbell, her grandsons, Jeremiah, Elijah and Micah Jones, and her beloved canine companion, Annie. In addition to her parents, Kimberly was welcomed home by her brother-in-law, Rick Campbell, and her grandson, Isaiah Jones.

To honor her wishes, there will be no funeral services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Vitas Healthcare-Program 50, Team 909. Donate -
