Kenneth B. Stuart

Kenneth B. "Ken" Stuart, age 74, of Beavercreek, passed away October 8, 2025. Ken was born in Hodge, Louisiana on September 30, 1951 to the late Willard and Dessie Stuart.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Elbert and Louise; as well as his mother and father-in-law, Tran Thi Be and Nguyen Van Chuc.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, De Stuart; children, Paul (Tina) Stuart, Ken A. (Jenny) Stuart, Cheryl (David) Gilden and Cynthia (Jeremy) Cox; siblings, Ginger (Ace) Honley and Sammy Stuart; grandchildren, Wynter, Savannah, Jorden, Kaitlyn, Matthew, MeKenzy, Hudson, Brenden, Elleanor and Brayden; 5 great-grandchildren; cat, Kiki and bird, Buddy; as well as numerous friends and extended family.

Ken graduated from Minden High School, Class of 1969. In February of 1971, he joined the United States Air Force which sent him to Vietnam where he met the love of his life. Ken retired at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, Nebraska in February of 1991 from Active Duty as a Senior Master Sgt. After retiring, he moved to Ohio with his family. He worked for LOGTEC, Lockheed Martin, CACI and MacAulay Brown as a Program Manager.

Ken returned to college in retirement, attending Sinclair Community College and Park University where he obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Management.

In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating, small walks and spending time with family. Ken was a great and honest husband, father and grandfather. He was funny, had a great personality and always tried to make everyone smile and laugh.

Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Beavercreek), with funeral services being held at 11:00am.

Ken will be laid to rest with Military Honors at Byron Cemetery following the service.
