Kenneth D. Lewis, 59, of Medway, passed away December 4, 2015. Kenneth was born on October 4, 1956. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandson.
He is survived by his son, Jacob (Nikki) Lewis; father, Duane "Buck" Lewis; grandson, Kael; brother, Scott (Karen) Hibbard; sisters, Sandy (Jim) Mudd, Sherry (Reg) Blizzard; special friends, Lori Owen; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his daughter, Molly Lewis; mother, Betty Bowling-Hibbard; and stepfather, Virgil Hibbard.
A Memorial service will be held at 6PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Crystal Lake Clubhouse, 1 Clubhouse Circle, Medway, Ohio 45341.
