Kendall Brook Cundiff, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on May 16, 2026 in Kettering, Ohio. Born in Campton, Kentucky, Kendall’s journey through life was marked by a deep love for family, a passion for the outdoors, and a strong spirit of entrepreneurship. He owned and operated a tree service business, dedicating his career to nurturing and beautifying the natural world around him.

Kendall was a man who cherished the simple pleasures of life. He loved fishing and hunting—activities that brought him peace and joy and allowed him to create treasured memories with those he loved most. Above all, Kendall loved his family and spending time with them, an affection that shaped his life.

He is survived by a devoted circle of loved ones who carry forward his legacy. His children, Richard Cundiff, Randy Cundiff, Sherri (Derek Kothman) Cundiff, and Terri (Butch) Ullmer, remember him as a guiding force and steadfast supporter. In his later years, Kendall found companionship and comfort in Nannie Cundiff, who stood by his side.

Kendall's departure also marks the loss of a cherished husband of 50 years to his late wife, Norma Cundiff. He also was preceded in death by his parents, John and Myrtle Cundiff, his sister Nancy Cotteral, and his daughter-in-law, Karen Sue Cundiff.
