Kelly L Holliman

Kelly Lynn (Hines) Holliman, age 56 of Tipp City, OH, passed away at home on October 3, 2026.

Born and raised in Dayton, she went to Northmont High School and graduated in cosmetology. She ran a nail salon called Tipp 2 Toes for many years and later was a cashier at local stores in Tipp City. Those who knew her will always remember her laugh, soft heart for animals, skill at puzzles and euchre, and fierce love for her family. May she return to the sun, the moon, and the stars.

Kelly is survived by her daughter Jessica Cramer (Holliman) and son-in-law Brian Cramer, her parents Jack and Nancy Hines, her sisters Tonya Hines and Carey & Mike Raines. She cherished her nieces and nephews: Brooke Buckingham, Tyler Hines, Micayla and Hannah Raines. 

Family will honor Kelly's life and legacy privately.
