Katherine C. Champion

Katherine C. Champion, age 50 of Dayton, passed away March 31, 2017. She was born January 3, 1967 in Dayton to her mother, Barbara Shoulders and her late father, James Fletcher. In addition to her father, Katherine was preceded in death by her grandmother, Pauline Ruth Shoulders and uncle, Larry Shoulders.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Champion; son, Kevin Adams; daughter, Kathelece Adams; son, Robert Douglas; step-daughter, Angelica Grace Champion; 5 grandchildren; mother, Barbara; sister, Charlotte Shoulders; niece, Rochelle and nephew, Demetreus; cousins, Diamond and Sheila Shoulders; aunt, Diane Davis.

Katherine attended God's Way Triune Ministries. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Katherine worked for over 22 years at Shiloh Springs Nursing Home.

Visitation will be held from 10-11 AM on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at God's Way Triune Ministries, 4544 Old Troy Pike, Dayton, where a funeral service will begin at 11 AM. Interment will follow the service at West Memory Gardens, Dayton.
