Karen Sue Barton

Karen Sue Barton, age 75, of Dayton, passed away June 19, 2025. She was born September 17, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rosemary Hollandsworth; husband, Gene Barton; and granddaughter, Abigail Rose Chavez.

Karen is survived by her children: Eric Wright (Lori) and Lorretta Ramirez (John Ferguson); and grandchildren: Brianna and Adrian.

Karen made an impact on everyone she met. She was willing to give to anyone she found in need. Karen enjoyed art, coloring, drawing, playing BINGO and doing activities with her friends. She was very creative, loved to write, and explore genealogy. She will be missed tremendously.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Trotwood.
