Julie D. Fielding, age 65, of Enon, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at her residence. She was born June 20, 1950 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Moved in her early childhood to Dayton, Ohio then to Huber Heights. She is 1968 Wayne High School graduate and attended Wright-State University.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Gwendolyn Boggs, two sisters and one brother.
Julie is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Larry; daughter, Heather (Chad) Bacik; son, Jon Fielding and grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Macy Bacik. She was active in Girl Scouts and was a Troop and Camp leader for many years. She helped start, then worked in the Greenon School District Latch-Key Program for many years. Julie was an avid gardener. She loved American history, especially historical architecture, and treasured her visits to historical places. She leaves behind many loving family members and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road., Beavercreek, OH 45432. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
