John B. Hardin, age 50 of Vandalia, passed away Monday, October 26, 2020 at his home after a 26-month battle with glioblastoma. He was born October 22, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio.
John is survived by his wife, Angela; son, Gabe Hardin (Alexis Maly); step-children, Whitleigh Griffith, Gabe and Karaghan Burrows; granddaughter, Ryleigh Hardin; step-grandchildren, Grayson, Hunter and Addalyn; grandmother, Janice Hardin; parents, Suzy and Denny Hardin; in-laws, Rudolph "Skip" III and Linda Mitterholzer; brother-in-law, Andy (Margaret) Mitterholzer, and their children; aunt, Shelly (Keith) Froebe, and their children, and Candy (Steve) Hegman, and their children; as well as numerous other relatives and many friends.
John was employed at Heidelberg Distribution for 20 years, where he worked with his son. He was an avid fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns. John was also an avid lover of anything Disney.
