John Kevin Evans

John Kevin Evans, 68, of Fairborn, Ohio unexpectedly passed away February 9, 2024, with loved ones by his side. He was born in Washington, Indiana on November 16 of 1955.

He is proceeded in death by Parents William R. Evans and Elva L. Evans, Maternal Grandmother Ida Mae Willis, Twin Brother Kent Evans, Niece Courtney Mainard and Partner Mildred Evans.

He is survived by his Sister Karen Mainard, Niece who is like a daughter and best friend Melissa (Eric) Wolford, Bonus dad to nephews, Kory (Rachael) Evans, Jeremy (Caitlin) Evans and Adam (Kayla and children Braylan, Wyatt, and Nova) Mainard, Great Niece Isabelle, Sister in law Christine Evans and special rescue pup Sadie.

He was a graduate of Beavercreek High School class of 1974. He continued his education and became a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering. He was a loving brother, uncle, son and dog owner. He enjoyed traveling, rock and roll, trivia, the news, math and playing many different games. He had a big and unforgettable personality combined with a loving and caring heart. He left a large impact on the hearts of those that loved him and he will be deeply missed by all.

Family will greet guests from 5 P.M.- 7 P.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home of Beavercreek on February 15th. Services will be held following immediately at Newcomer's at 7 P.M.

He will follow his twin brother and be laid to rest amongst many family members in Petersburg, Indiana at Anderson Chapel Cemetery. Graveside services will start at 12 P.M. on Saturday February 17.
