Joan M. Carter, age 81 of Huber Heights, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013. She was born in Dayton on June 17, 1932 to the late, Stanley and Marie Luckoski. Joan is preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Luckoski and brother, John Wickersham.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Carl Carter; son, Gregory (Beth) Carter; grandchildren, Benjamin (Danielle) Carter and Jordan Carter; brothers, Stanley Luckoski, John Luckoski, Ron (Rhonda) Wickersham; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
