Jo Eileen Back, age 76 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018. She was born December 7, 1942 in Middletown, Ohio.
Survived by her son, Scott (Theresa) Back of Huber Heights; grandson, Cody (Kristin) Williams and three great grandchildren.
Miss Back was a nurse at Middletown Hospital and Miami Valley Hospital. She taught nursing at Miami University of Middletown and was a home health nurse in Ohio, Florida and Louisiana.
Visitation will be held Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
