Jimmy Stewart Blanton II, age 26 of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 2, 2016. He was born on October 27, 1989 in Dayton, Ohio to his mother Rhonda Blanton and his late father Jimmy "slim" Blanton. In addition to his father, Jimmy is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Richard Blanton and maternal grandfather Mike Oakes.

Jimmy is survived by his mother Rhonda; Son, Jimmy Blanton III; sister, Brittany Blanton; nephew, Rylan Hartmier; brothers, Ethan and Eli Blanton; girlfriend, Jordan Mann; step-son Braylon; paternal grandparents, April Adkins, Libby (Bob) Schulte; maternal grandparents, Rhonda Blanton, Henry Elsner; uncle, Rick Blanton as well as other aunts, uncles and many cousins whom all loved him dearly.

Jimmy's pride and joy was his sons. He loved being a father, spending time with his family and friends, riding motorcycles and building model cars. He was fortunate to make a living doing bodywork, painting, and being a mechanic, all things he loved and enjoyed.

Jimmy will be forever loved and missed by all who knew him.
