Jessie Margaret Hall, age 83, of Springboro, Ohio, went to the Lord peacefully on March 6, 2020, at Otterbein Senior Life of Springboro. Jessie was born in New Richmond, Ohio, on May 12, 1936, to the Reverend William and Jessie (Frey) Richmond. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Springboro, Ohio.
Jessie worked at the Warren County Recorders Office as a deputy registrar for 21 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brother, Robert Charles Richmond. Jessie is survived by her son, Harry J. Hall II, sister-in-law Edith Dyke, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at Otterbein Senior Life and Otterbein Hospice for their care and dedication. Special appreciation to Alora Langdon for the many ways she has assisted the family over the past two years. The family also wishes to thank the First United Methodist Church of Springboro for their love, prayers and support.
A Celebration of Life memorial service is scheduled for:
