Jessica Lee Bird, "Jessii", age 26, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 in Dayton, Ohio. Jessii was born on February 28, 1990 in Dayton, Ohio to Sana Melet Bird and James W. W. Bird Jr.. Jessii is preceded in death by brother, James W.W. Bird, III; grandfather, Barry Melet grandfather, James W.W. Bird, Sr., grandmother, Peggy Hanley; and aunt, Peggy Edwards. She is survived by mother, Sana Melet Bird (Franklin Banks); father, James W.W. Bird, Jr.; brother, Jarrett Bird; grandmother, Gloria Melet; aunt, Robin Melet; uncle, Jimmy Bird; great-aunt, Mae Young; as well as several other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Monday, April 11, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home- South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. Funeral service will begin at 6:00 pm.
