Jerry G. North

Jerry G. North, age 87 of Englewood, Ohio passed away on June 27, 2026. He was born December 14, 1938 in Arcanum, Ohio. Son of the late Amon and Lucille (Drake) North.

Jerry was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a United States Army Veteran who proudly served his country. He retired after 30 plus years at Chrysler. Jerry was a member of the Amvets 464. He loved to go fishing, boating, and to spend time with his family. He enjoyed bringing laughter to those around him and putting a smile on peoples faces. Jerry loved to be outside working in the yard and being a handyman in the house. He will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy North; siblings, Robert "Bob" North, Virginia Turner, and Charles North; and his beloved fur baby, P.T.

Jerry is survived by his daughters, Shelby North-McKibben, Chiquita Davis, and Patty Tuell (John Henson); grandson, Jayden (Kirstyn) McKibben; great grandchildren, Asher and Maizie McKibben; sister-in-law, Dorothy North; nephews, Mark (Debbie) North and Dale (Lena) North; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 1pm at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
