Jennifer "Jenne" L. Goins

Jennifer "Jenne" L. Goins, age 52 of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully with her family by her side on March 6, 2026. She was born September 22, 1973 in Dayton, Ohio.

Jenne was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Her pride and joy was her family and making sure she was present to cheer them on at any event. She had a passion for reading, loved watching the Cincinnati Reds and could recite any episode of Friends. She was so excited for her first grandchild Storie that Trevor and Emma (The Boy and The Girl as they were affectionately called) knew who came first. For the last three years, Jenne worked for Solvita in which she enjoyed working with her coworkers and friends. Jenne will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

Jenne was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Jimmy Goins; daughter, Morgan Goins; and her father, Leroy Hartman.

She is survived by her children, Trevor (Dusti) Goins and Emma Goins; granddaughter, Storie Goins; mother, Pam Hartman; siblings, Angie Hartman and Jim Hartman; nieces and nephews, Drew Ogletree, Aaron Ogletree, Brooke Hartman, Bentley Hartman, Micah Barrett, and Breanna Hartman; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 18 from 2:00-5:00pm at the American Legion Post 746, 7015 N. Dixie Dr., Dayton, OH 45414.
