She is survived by her loving husband, Zack Flatt; children, Matthew, Mariah and Michael; mother and step-father, Joy (Mike) Barr; father, Danny Hensley; paternal grandmother, Helen Hensley; God Mother, Charlotte Moffitt; numerous family and friends.
Jenn was a devoted mother and cherished her children dearly.
