Jeffrey L. Newport

NEWPORT, Jeffrey L., of Dayton, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2008. Jeffrey was born July 30, 1962, in Dayton. He was an avid sports fan and loved to play his guitar. He was preceded in death by his father John Newport and loving brother Shaun. Jeffrey is survived by his mother Mae Newport; nieces Melissa Stewart and Chasity Newport; great niece Makayla; and very special friend Jerry Johnson. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 5-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. The funeral service will be on Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Shoup Cemetery.
