Jeffrey Gerth

Jeffrey Gerth, born on July 4, 1964, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on July 25, 2025, in Dayton, Ohio. He is remembered fondly for his fun-loving spirit and his ability to make others laugh. Jeffrey was a good person at heart, whose infectious personality brought joy to those around him.

Throughout his life, Jeffrey cultivated a deep passion for fishing, often finding solace and happiness by the water's edge. An unwavering fan of the Green Bay Packers, he wore his "cheese head" proudly, exemplifying his loyalty to his team with spirited enthusiasm.

He is survived by his sons, Nicholas (Sara) Gerth and Shawn Lucas; grandchildren, Angel Kobus and Alexander Helphinstine; great-grandchildren, Peyton, Paislee, and Praylynn Karnehm; and his best friend, Dan Volkaitis.

His engaging spirit and joyful nature will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
