Age 65, of Dayton passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011, at Miami Valley Hospital.
Jerry was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Chuck" Smith.
Jerry is survived by her special friend, Wolford Marshall; three children, Corinne (Doug) Ruskey, Kelly (Heidi) Barnett & Tina Marshall; four grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Justin & Stephanie; one great granddaughter, Reagan; four sisters, Peggy, Ann, Rella, and Berline; one brother, Elzie; and by her extended family & many good friends.
Minister Benjamin Esquibel, Sr. officiating.
Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
