J.C. "Jimmy" Leach, age 83 of Xenia, formerly of Fairborn, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Greenewood Manor. He was born March 18, 1935 in West Liberty, Kentucky to the late Raney and Mary Jane Leach.
J.C. served in the U.S. Army. He worked for NCR and then later at Emro Marketing, now Speedway from which he retired. J.C. enjoyed watching Western movies and he appreciated the classic cars.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Hester Leach, Ester Leach, Stanley Leach, Grace Brown, Walter Leach, Lillian Carter, Iva "Bea" Adkins, Edsell Leach, William Leach and Buddy Leach.
J.C. will be missed by his loving daughter, Fonda Kay Setters; son, Rickey (Donetta) Leach; former wife and mother to his children, Ulena "Bootsie" Burrows; granddaughter, Andrea Wright; sister, Marjorie Evans; and many nieces and nephews, including Debie Francis.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Interment to follow at Byron Cemetery.
