Jay "Kevin" Smith

Jay "Kevin" Smith, age 64, of Belle Center, OH, passed away on September 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Tara Smith; father, Sam Smith; and mother, Joy Gaver. Kevin is survived by his sons, Joshua Smith and his wife Brittani and Justin Smith and his girlfriend Nicole; grandsons, Remington and Jameson Smith; brothers, Andy and Kerry Smith, as well as many other family members and friends. Kevin was a graduate of Tecumseh High School.
