Jason M. Martin, age 29 of New Carlisle, passed away February 4, 2017. He was born September 6, 1987 to Michael and Donna (Lee) Martin.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Lena Martin and maternal grandparents, Raymond and Frances Lee.
Jason is survived by his parents; daughter, Kaitlyn Martin; sisters, Samantha (Hector) Barrios and Abbey (Jose) Martin; brother, Danny (Darlene) Martin and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
He loved the Dallas Cowboys and The Ohio State Buckeyes. Jason was an avid Walking Dead fan.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
