Jason Daniel Guy, age 40, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020 at his home. He was born March 14, 1980 in Dayton, Ohio.
Preceded in death by adoptive parents, Delbert and Ida Neal; along with many aunts, uncles and family.
Jason is survived by his parents, Daniel Guy and Debra Guy; sister, Nicole Laughter and brother, Zachary Guy; along with many close family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, 1639 E Lytle 5 Points Rd, Centerville, OH 45458.
