Janet McClellan, age 70, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on September 24, 2017.
Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo McClellan; and siblings, Jean Miller, Ed Steele, Bob Steele, Roy Steele and Bill Steele.
She is survived by her sister, Dorothy (Louis) Muhic; brother, Larry (Pat) Steele; children, Alonzo, Tammy and Janice; and numerous grandchildren; several nieces-including, Theresa (Greg) Gordon and Lisa Muhic, Priscilla Steele; nephew, Benjamin Steele; and many loving great-nephews-including, Mark Gordon, Dylan Steele and great-nieces-including, Sidney Nostrom and Alaina Steele.
Janet accepted the Lord years ago and was ready to go home.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September, 28, 2017 from 1:30-2:30pm at Woodland Cemetery's Mausoleum Chapel (118 Woodland Ave, Dayton, OH 45409). The service will follow at 2:30pm.
